Will Cappelletti is an associate at NMV Consulting.  Prior to joining NMV Consulting, Will served as a presidential appointee in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, were he contributed to a variety of management reform efforts as a special assistant to the Comptroller (2007-2008).  During roughly the same period, Will was a volunteer advance representative for Vice President Dick Cheney and helped plan and execute official visits overseas as well as in the United States.

More recently, Will worked as a research assistant to former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld as the Secretary completed his autobiography, Known and Unknown (2008-2010).  From 2010-2011, Will was a foreign policy fellow in the German Bundestag, where he worked on a variety of strategic resource questions and completed a study on the international political ramifications of rare earth policies in China.  He also worked as an analyst in the international gas business of the German energy firm EnBW.

Will speaks German and earned his undergraduate degree in history at the College of William and Mary.
